Abstract

John Stuart Mill,one of the perfectionists on the utilitarianism ethics,inherites Betham's thoughts with the criticism and the development of it.He establishes a series of theoretical discussion on Betham's utilitarianism.This article tries to analyze how John Stuart Mill revises and develops utilitarianism ethics.
