Abstract
Based on the land use/land cover change information be from TM image and ETM+ image in 1990 and 1999,and bring to bear the supervised classification methods of remote sensing classification,the quantity change model of land use and its spatial variation characteristics in Urumqi is analyzed comprehensively,and elucidated the district features of land use change.
