Abstract
Windows NT is a preemptive and multi-task operating system．This paper describes thread scheduling technology in Windows NT and analyzes some application instances so that we can understand deeply program running mechanism in Windows NT，which gives us a better guidance to develop multi-thread applications in Windows NT．
