Abstract
Windows NT is a preemptive and multi-task operating system.This paper describes thread scheduling technology in Windows NT and analyzes some application instances so that we can understand deeply program running mechanism in Windows NT,which gives us a better guidance to develop multi-thread applications in Windows NT.
