Abstract
The water-price model in this paper is framed by adopting the price-elasticity method. Rationality of the mathematical model is discussed and analyzed from two aspects: single-measure water price and ladder water price. By comparison, a more rational water-price project is made out. Finally, optimized structures of the model are numerically compared.
