Abstract
Oxidized starch is one kind of amylose containing carboxyl,it has a strong ability to complex metallic ions. The structure, surface morphology and distribution of molecular weight of oxidized starch and native starch are characterized by IR,GPC and SEM.In this paper, the effect of oxidation time on properties and molecular weight distributing of oxidized starch are studied, when the ratio of oxidized starch to water is 100∶500,temperature is 85~90℃,oxidation time is 155~180 min, mass of NaOH is 17 g,oxygen capacity is 6~10 mL/min,detersive power of relative normal detergent can reach 1.28.
