Abstract
The theory of the all-round development of human beings is the important part of Marxism. The development of human beings constitutes the theme of social development, which takes the realization of a free all-round development of human beings as its ultimate aim. According to the basic situation of China, Deng Xiaoping asserted that the development criteria of human beings should stick to the principle of lofty ideals, integrity, knowledge and a strong sense of discipline, making the theory of the all-round development practical and concrete, and he bravely explores the ways of realization of all-round development of human beings, which inherit and develop the theory of Marxism on the all-round development of human beings.
