Abstract

The spherulite morphology of PA1010/6 crystallizing at different conditions was studied by PLM and SEM.Crystallizing at constant temperature(Tm-20℃),the proportionally cyclic spherulite could be abserved in 1#,2# and 3# samples by PLM,and the size of spherulite descended with the content of PA6 increasing,but no spherulite could be abserved in 4#,5# and 6# samples with low crystallinity,and 7#,8#,10# and 11# samples with high crystallinity crystallizing at the same condition except 9# sample.Crystallizing at constant temperature(Tm-10℃),the proportionally cyclic spherulite could be also abserved in 1# and 2# samples but 3# sample negatively cyclic spherulite,and from 7# up to 10# sample the negstively cyclic spherulite could be also abserved by PLM.In natural cooling samples,the proportionally optical cyclic spherulite with extinction cyclic could be abserved in 2# sample and no spherulite in 3#,4#,5# and 6# samples,but divergient spherulite could be abserved in 7# up to 10# samples.The crystallizing dimension was larger in 7# than 9# sample abserved by SEM.
