Abstract

With the gradual perfection of 3G technology,the construction of mobile phone library system is gradually developed,which brings about some new changes to the forms and contents of mobile information service of library.This paper introduces the concept of 3G technology,expounds the characteristics and mode of mobile phone library,and probes into the present situation and future of mobile phone library.
