The distorted price which is caused by unreasonable energy price level and mechanism has brought enormous challenges to China's energy use,economic and environmental development.Reforming the mechanism of energy price has been delay.At this stage,because the social security system、resources tax system、exploitation of natural resources as well as compensation mechanism and price control mechanism exist missing,the reformation pace of China's energy price is too slow.Therefore,the measures including of adjusting the functions of the government、establishing resource development compensation mechanism、improving the social security system and taking effective measures to establish energy futures market in China will promote the reformation process in energy price and promote energy price market-oriented.
