Abstract

RAPD technique was adopted to identify four species, such as Lucilia sericata,Lucilia cuprina,Lucilia illustris and Lucilia porphyrina.Reaction system and program were optimized, and primers and specific bands were selected to distinguish the above four species.RAPD technique became an effective supplement to morphological method as a new identification method.
