Abstract
. wheat straw was ammoniated and treated by microbe,analysed change of main nutrients and compared with untreated wheat straw.CP content of ammoniated wheat straw higher 225.80% than untreated wheat straw(P0.05),CP content of treated by microbe wheat straw had no larger change,the same to untreated wheat straw;semi-celluiase content of treated by microbe was lower 27.10% than untreated wheat straw(P0.05),and lower 15.10% than ammoniated wheat straw(P0.05),semi-cellulase content of ammoniated wheat straw lower 14.10% than untreated wheat straw(P0.05);NDF of wheat straw ammoniated and treated by microbe lower than untreated wheat straw(P0.05),but ADF of treated by microbe wheat straw higher than ammoniated wheat straw and untreated wheat straw(P0.05).
