Abstract
The sample of Chinese traditional mechine gamboge was digested with microwave digestion system,Mn,Cu,Fe were determined by flame atomic absorption spectometry,and Cr,Cd,Pb were determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry.The recovery of six heavy metal was in the range of 92.0%—102.0%,RSD was 0.99%—2.49%.Amounts of the six heavy metal found in the Chinese traditional mechine gamboge were as follows: Mn 65.7μg/g,Cu 2.37μg/g,Fe 48.5μg/g,Cd 0.012μg/g,Pb 5.10μg/g,the metal of Cr was not found.The method is easy and accurate and can be used in the determination of heavy metals in traditional Chinese medicine.
