Abstract

This paper points out that the work of project quality supervision and management is of great significance for guaranteeing the quality of the projects.After introducing the status and the function of project quality supervision and management bodies,this paper brings up some ideas on the key points of project quality supervision under new situations and on the work of project quality supervision management combined with personal working experience.
