The strategic information systems planning has been one of the top topic for both researcher and practitioners when the IT is used.The strategic information systems planning is defined,and its evolution stages from BSP-SISP alignment is reviewed,SISP methodology and SISP effectiveness.Finally,it points out the problem and tendency of the SISP research.
