Abstract

Objective To summarize the experience of cholecystectomy. Methods The clinical data of laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC) converted to laparotomy were analyzed retrospectively. Results The LC had converted to laperotomy in 1.67% of patients (4/240). Conclusion Strict control of the operative indication is important to reduce LC converting to laparotomy.
