Abstract

OBJECTIVE To optimize the technology for extracting of danshen.METHODS To take salvianolic acid B and Tanshinone-ⅡA as indexes,compared three methods of extraction technology(the pharmacopeia method,the SFE method,the alcohol-acid refluxing extracted method),to optimize the technology for extracting of Danshen.RESULTS Alcohol-acid method has the best transferring rate of salvianolic acid B and Tanshinone-ⅡA.CONCLUSION The extraction method is simple and rapid with a good stability and high transfering rate of effective components.
