Abstract
The straw saccharification conditions with cellulose and xylanase simultaneously was studied. The result shows the maximum saccharification rate(10.815%) of straw was obtained under the conditions as follow:45 ℃,pH4.5,150 rpm,the ratio of liquid to solid is 15,the ratio of cellulase and xylanase to straw is 1% and(0.01%) separately, and the saccharification time is 72 h.Glucose and xylose are the two main reducing sugar in the saccharification liquid of straw and their content are 65%~68% and 25%~33% separately.
