Abstract
This paper expounds the concepts of government informatization,government information disclosure,government information resources and the public access to government information resources,introduces the present situation of our country's public access to government information resources,and probes into the relationship between government informatization and the public access to government information resources and between government information disclosure and the public access to government information resources.
