Abstract

20th century is the epoch of development of Chinese economy. China is to join into the WTO, this will be aigood chance for Chinese enterprises to enter the international market. But at the same time, it will bring tremendous pressure,especially the challenge of foreign TNCs.If China wants to enter the circulation of international economy unfalteringly, and beat the TNCs, it is necessary to develop Chinese TNCs, Certainly, it is a feasible way to develop Chinese.Comprehensive Commercial Associations(CCA).In this thesis the author tries to seek a way to develop Chinese CCAs by studying CCA's features and present situation and answers why China should develop CCAs.
