Abstract
This paper conducts a comparative analysis on the concept and connotation, the diversified categories and characteristics, the compilation thoughts, and the work focuses of three different types of planning-increment planning, inventory planning, and policy planning. Due to the relatively simple interest relationship, increment planning mainly focuses on spatial form design. Inventory planning focuses on dealing with complicated problems relating to the adjustment of existing interest. And policy planning is an essential supporting means for the above two types of planning implementation. According to the characteristics of these types of planning, three typical cases in Shenzhen are chosen to be introduced.
