Medical education oriented by resident training

Abstract

Medical education in school is a component of training system for clinical doctors.This article reviews the history of medical education in the world and in China and discusses the current situation and challenges that school education is faced with in China based on the requirements of the resident training in hospital.It is necessary to revise the current education in medical school to fill the gap between education outcome in medical institution and entrance requirements for resident training in hospital.
