Discussion on the expansive soil roadbed design of Shiling road in Chengdu

Abstract

The grade and classify of expansive soil were introduced,according to physical and mechanic properties of supporting road in Mingsu new village,combined with geology investigation data and related experience of treating expansive soil,the effective expansive soil roadbed treating method was proposed.The practice proved that the method to treating expansive soil had obtained better effect.
