Discussion about Effect and Countermeasures of Psychological Factors on Player in Volleyball Match

In this paper,research methods like inquiry of materials,analysis and synthesis,induction and reorganization are adopted.The influence of psychological factors on player in serving,receiving and athlete's conditions in match are discussed and studied according to the basic theory of psychology training,and the authors come up with countermeasures for reference.
