This paper aims at the system level to study China's SME Credit Guarantee Industry Development Status and Problems, based on this evidence from the perspective of SME credit guarantee for improving the system's innovative design, by improving the credit guarantee system for SMEs basic framework to determine appropriate security guarantees scale and proportion, establish and improve risk prevention mechanisms, the establishment of a multi-level security agencies risk compensation mechanisms and introduce relevant local laws and regulations, and other constructive comments.
