On the Relationship between The Ownership And The Use Rights Of The Rural Land In The Ancient China: In the view of land tenure system

Land tenure system comes into being on the precondition of the separation between land ownership and land use right. The evolution of land tenure system reflects the route of the relationship between the ownership and the use rights of the rural land. This paper tried to show the evolution of the relationship between the ownership and the use rights of the rural land in ancient China in a view of land tenure system, and analyzed the relationship between the ownership and the use rights of the rural land under the condition of different land contracts. Also the paper accessed related historical experience furthermore.
