Abstract
To study 100 m, 400 m, 800 m and 1 500 m four different variation of blood lactate after full throttle from selected nine volunteers participated in the experiment, experimental results show that the four distances affect full throttle after the main energy supply system, exercise load intensity and exercise duration by blood lactate values. Blood lactate values at different distances after the load have increased significantly over the previous motion. The distance between the different projects of blood lactate values show some differences. The performance of blood lactate concentration increases with increasing exercise intensity and exercise duration in.This feature is based on the theory that use of blood lactate can provide important reference for the assessment of Exercise Intensity and scientific guidance training.
