Abstract

Risk society spawned safety criminal with Abstract potential damage offense as the core content.However Abstract potential damage offense in the legislative practice was quested by the traditional theory.In order to ease the theoretical conflict and strengthen practical operation,it is necessary to make clear the boundaries of Abstract potential damage offense in dangerous crimes.Only in this way can we make the intervention of criminal law to risk society acquire appropriateness.
