Study on Adjusting Water Price for Industry in Guanzhong Area, Shaanxi Province

Abstract

After the Analysis of the present situation of the water price for industry,this thesis illustrate that the water price for industry roughly reaches or exceeds its cost. Some countermeasures are put forwards to adjust water resource use with the price lever in Guanzhong area. Countermeasures include: expropriation high expenses for enterprise-owned well; regulating the structure of water to reflect the water value; practicing ration of water use in different industry branch.
