Abstract
Objective:To observe c-fos expression and apoptosis of hippocampus neurons in cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury rats. Methods:Focal cerebral ischemia was induced by 60 min of middle cerebral artery occlusion and followed by 3d reperfusion. After cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury rats model was established,c-fos expression and apoptosis of hippocampus neurons was determinated by immunohistochemistry and TUNEL.Results:c-fos positive cells expression of hippocampus neurons in cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury rats was significantly higher than that in the control group(P0.05);apoptosis expression of hippocampus neurons increased com-pared with the control group(P0.05).Conclusion:c-fos protein expression of hippocampus neurons increases in cerebral ischemia-reper-fusion injury rats, and increases expression of apoptosis.
