Abstract

This paper discusses the homogeneity and difference between cleaner production and ISO14000 Environment-Management System,originating from their backgrounds and conceptions,and then it puts forward the attitude that it could be an important way to actualize sustainable development combining cleaner production with ISO 14000 Environment-Management System organically.
