Abstract

Adding right amount of organic acids to the nutrient solution promoted the tobacco growth-development.It showed that the organic acid increased the accumulation of dry matter of the tobacco, leaf length and width, the root volume and root activity, compared with the control.Except for nitric acid, the organic acids treatments reduced the nitrate reductase activity, but increased saccharase activity of the leaf and promoted the accumulation of nitrogen in plant.
