Abstract

Disposal of percolate is the difficulty in the designing and operational management of garbage sanitary backfilling. The composition of garbage percolate is complicated and the quality and quantity of the percolate vary greatly. These features bring about huge difficulties to the designing and operational management of percolate disposal facilities.Good results were obtained by building a floodwater catching channel around a garbage dumping ground setting a zoned separate sewage system and by the combined use of the floodwater catching system and the separate sewage system.
