Investigation of Species of Wild-vegetable in Chende Mountain Area and Its Utilization

The resources of wild- vegetable research and development of mountainous areas is of great significance to the development of ecological economy in mountainous area. The resources of wild- vegetable are rich in Chende mountain area. Based on the survey and statistics,there are 127 species of wild-vegetable edible belonging to 48 families, being divided into four categories,such as root vegetables, stem-leaf vegetables, underground stem vegetables, flower vegetables and fruit vegetables. The current situation, exploitation and use on wild-vegetable in Chende mountain area were analyzed, and corresponding countermeasures on how to further reasonably export and utilize wild-vegetable resources were put forward.
