Abstract

A novel method of separating n-heptane and methylcyclohexane from distillation gasoline via distillation, extractive distillation and deep distillation were established in the research. The results show that the concentration of n-heptane and methylcyclohexane increased from 14% to 70% under 90-106℃ temperature at top tower using 13 distillation tower column plates and 12min reflux.Furthermore, due to the fact that n-heptane and methyl cyclohexane have different polarities, the selection of extraction solvents was done using the single stage circulation equilibrium cell.Experimental results indicate that the volatility of n-heptane and methyl cyclohexane increased from 1.075 to 1.422 by alcohol A.The study chose the concentrated oil as raw material, alcohol A as extracting agent for distillation extracting.By the simulation of Aspen Plus software,96.26% n-heptane and 92.10% methyl-cyclohexane were obtained at last.
