An Analysis to the Problems in the Operation of the RU-1 Riser Catalytic Cracking Pilot Plant

Abstract

The smooth operation of RU-1 Riser Catalytic Cracking Pilot Plant is the main aspect for the evaluation.This paper mainly analyzes such problems in practical operation as fluidized circulation,blockage of feeding system,coking,etc.It puts forward that the improvement of atomization quality and pre-lift quality is effective to inhibit thermal cracking reaction.
