Abstract

IPTV service,as the compound product of the Internet,Telephone Network,Broadcast and Television Network has developed quickly at present.In this paper,we analyze the realistic significance of the IPTV service for Telecom operators,Broadcast and Television Industry and the ending users.We also introduce the classification of the current IPTV services running in China.We thoroughly analyzed the current status and bottle neck of the IPTV market in aspects of government regulation,standards,contents,overlapped services,charges and security etc.At last,the market development strategies of the Telecom operators' IPTV service are discussed.
