Abstract

Objective To observe the oxidative damage of myocardial cells in rats with acute hepatic ischemia-reperfusion injury and the intervention of remifentanil pretreatment. Methods Establish acute hepatic ischemia-reperfusion injury model.Seventy-two wistar rats were randomly divided into sham operation group(Sham group),ischemia-reperfusion group(IR group),remifentanil pretreatment group(R group). Then rats were killed respectively in 30 min,1,2,3 h of reperfusion.R group rats with intravenous infusion for 30 min,at 30 min before ischemia-reperfusion at 1 μg·kg-1·min-1).The other steps were the same as IR group. Then, detect the MDA,SOD,GSH-Px content of the myocardial tissue in all groups. Results Compared with the Sham group, the MDA content of myocardial tissue in IR group and R group increased, the SOD,GSH-Px content decreased(P0.05)in 1,2,3 h.Compared with IR group, the MDA content of myocardial tissue in R group decreased significantly(P0.05)and the SOD,GSH-Px content increased significantly(P0.05).Conclusion Oxidative damage of myocardial cells was observed in rats with acute hepatic ischemia-reperfusion injury.Remifentanil pretreatment play a protective role in the forenamed process.
