Abstract

Development is a concept used frequenlty in modern academic field,and also misunderstood easily.The present paper,on the basis of analysing Marx' philosophical meaning,points out the dual intension of the world face amd social historical face in comprehending Marx' understanding to development.Marx' dealectical understanding attaches great importance to the prescription of modern scientific development outlook and its implementation.
