Abstract
The construction of university digital library is an important strategy for the library of the 21st century to meet the internet age. It also is an important work to the library survival and development. On the basis of analysis of influencing university digital library information resource sharing factors, from power-driven mechanism, decision-making mechanism, division mechanism, Coordination and balance mechanism,performance evaluation and incentive mechanism five aspects to discuss the construction of university digital library information resource sharing operation mechanism and the strategy of realizing the digital information resource sharing mechanism.
