Abstract

Deep ecology is one of the anti-anthropocentrism schools corresponding with shallow ecology in the Western environmental ethics community.Its emphasizing ideas is to understand,manage and resolve eco-problems by regarding the people and nature as a unified whole not only from the perspective of man but also from the perspective of the entire eco-system including the relationship between man and nature.The purpose of its theory is to criticize and reflect the various mistakes of the modern industrial society in the relationship between man and nature and the deep reasons behind so as to search for the true value of human life and the reasonable construction of a modern society.
