Abstract

According to the requirement of dispatching automation system put forward by Sate Grid and the problems existed in Shaanxi grid,based on the structure analysis of Hanzhong integrated dispatching technical reform plan which is the pilot project of State Grid,this paper proposes an implementation scheme for Shaanxi Smart Grid dispatching technical support system(SGDTSS).
