Abstract

After the financial crisis,a new round ASEAN-oriented business cooperative upsurge has taken shape in East Asia.Meanwhile,ASEAN is committed to establishing the ASEAN Community,developing its Charter,perfecting its organizations,strengthenning its power,and promoting its shift towards European Union model with a view to enhancing its leadership in the East Asia regional cooperation,which is attributed to the game of East Asia international strength,ASEAN’s positive pursuit as well as its own conditions.
