Abstract
Ultrasonic technology was applied to the extraction of honeycomb flavonoids firstly in this paper.By single factor and orthogonal experiments, the critical process parameters were optimized and obtained:ultrasonic time 15 min,solid-liquid ratio 1:100(g/mL),ultrasonic power 900 W.Under the optimal conditions, the yield of flavonoids was 0.540%,which was significantly higher than conventional refluxing method(0.322%).Evaluated by DPPH and FRAP methods, the DPPH radical scavenging rate and FeSO4.7H2O equivalent of honeycomb flavonoids extracts were 35.3% and 2556.7 mmol/g,respectively.These resluts indicated that the honeycomb flavonoids possessed higher antioxidant activity, and had greater development potential and application value.
