Abstract
Mobile digital library is the mobile communication technology with the combination of the digital library services,the popularization rate of rapid growth of the intelligent mobile device for the mobile digital reading terminal,complementing and extending the services of digital library.Through the analysis of the existing mode of domestic and international 3G network based on mobile digital library services,mobile communication technology in the digital library information service research and application.
