Abstract
According to the implementation of the engineer training program Engineering Education Reform Project,as one of the IT industry pilot institutions,Xi'an University of Posts and Telecommunications combined with years of the practice of teaching reform and proposed the ideas to build the supporting platform of the innovative environment of excellent engineers.Through the transformation,expansion and new construction on the basis of the original experimental resources,the traditional function of the practice environment is expanded and enhanced,the school and enterprise is combined with each other and the support platform of innovative environment is explored boldly.
