The Characteristics of Hungary Law Education and Its Enlightenment to Us

The modern system and education of Hungarian law is mainly influenced by Germany,which is then representing country of continental law system.The legal education system is featured with loose requirements for enrollment and strict requests for graduation,making progress gradually,solid foundation and focus on capacity,which is of reference value for domestic law education.Our country is at key point of strengthening the system of socialist law,when law talents are required for ruling the country.Therefore,law education shall be aimed at being helpful to expediting the building of law system,and realizing the change from lower to upper level,from professional to quality-oriented education and from infusing knowledge to cultivating capacity.
