The Ecological Research of Traditional Industrial Clusters based on Circular Economy:the Analysis Basis of Nantong City of Jiangsu

The coupling of circular economy and industrial cluster is eco-industrial cluster;the development of eco-industrial cluster is the inevitable trend of industrial cluster's evolution from junior to senior.Based on the circular economy thought,this paper regards the eco-industrial cluster as a gradual transformation of the system engineering,and for example of Nantong City,based on the overall judgment of the development of industrial cluster and ecological evolution,makes the strategic focus and the idea of the design about the traditional eco-industrial cluster basis of the enterprise,industry,government and other levels.
