Abstract
This paper introduces the software and hardware design of a high speed data acquisition system based on(USB 2.0.)At first it introduces the system hardware design part,especially the system design and high speed data transmission method which used Cypress Corporation FX2 serial CY7C68013 chip.The software part mainly consists of three parts of firmware design,driver program design and application program design.It is proved that the system can absolutely fufill the design and use request.
