The analysis of results for cervical cancer census in Pingyang county in 2010

Objective:To analyze the pathogenic situation of cervical cancer and cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN) among the Pingyang county women in 2010.Methods: Free cervical exfoliated cytological examirations were performed on the married women in Pingyang county.The positive cases(Pap III level and above) were all underwent cervical biopsy under colposcopy and the biopsy materials were sent for pathological diagnosis.Results: Annual cencus 30 370 person,the cytology positive was checked out in 187 cases,the biopsy results of cervical cancer were in 7 cases,158 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and cervical chronic inflammation of 22 cases were checked out.Cytology and histology biopsy coincidence rate was 88.2%.Conclusion: The detection rate of cervical cancer of Pingyang county women are 0.023%,higher than 0.01% of the whole country,and the census rate is low,the results should be taken into consideration seriously.
