Abstract

Balanced Scorecard is a good strategy tool and a good performance appraisal tool.Our managers pay more attention to it and bring it into use,but most of enterprises fail to use it.We mainly discuss what is Balanced Scorecard and the characteristic of enterprise who available to Balanced Scorecard and what we should pay more attention to when bring Balanced Scorecard into use.
